We do our best to state accurately and clearly the item and condition. All items are generally new unless stated, but often items do have some minor deficiency as no box or a slight dent or scratch and we try to note this whenever possible. Please do not ask for a sealed one or new one when it is not in the description as well as the date it was manufactured. We always suggest checking the item in the store when it comes to color or at least the website as pictures and monitors are not always accurate and do vary. Any expiration dates will be noted if applicable (less than 1 year) and most cosmetic items, as well as creams or treatments still do not have expiration dates and we cannot check every single item.
